Purple sea moss retains MORE nutrients due to the drying process not having any drip (as the gold does). The taste of the purple sea moss is much more potent than the gold moss.
Ingredients: St. Lucian Wildcrafted Purple Sea Moss, and ionized-alkalized 9.5ph (Kangen) water, blended into a gel form.
Take minimum of 2tbsp daily, morning and afternoon. You can take more if you really want to boost your immune system, are fasting or fighting an ailment out your system.
